What a great experience! Will picked up the phone immediately and recommended a time for me to bring the car for an oil change. I was out of state and needed to wait for the car. I drove my car to Broadway and my car was taken inside for the oil change immediately. Will told me what was covered with the oil change. He was also able to give me an estimate to repair the motor on my moon roof, saving me money on a quote given to me by the dealer. He explained that I would need to leave the car for the day. If the weather was bad, Tuffys could probably help me out with a ride. He was so knowledgeable about changing spark plugs, too. Fair prices. Intelligent mechanics. Superior service. Thank you.

Stopped at Tuffy to have my brakes checked. During inspection they found that I needed the axle on the drivers side replaced and it was in pretty bad shape. Had the work done & my car rides like a dream. Funny thing is that I had my car into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation a couple of weeks prior and they never said a word. Pretty scary, as something could have happened on the highway had this not been found. Thank you George and the wonderful staff at Tuffy.

Tuffy goes the extra mile to assist when dangerous situations erupt. I needed to know that they could accommodate the repair, when my car had what looked to be like smoke coming from under the hood. The smoke actually turned out to be an antifreeze leak.I had to call Tuffy during the 4:15 pm hour when traffic was high and, both sides of the street filled with kids on bikes and cars moving both ways.Tuffy checked back with me to see at what time the Tow Truck would bring the car to them. I was able to arrive at Tuffy after they had closed, and still able to park the car in the lot. I waited one hour and twenty minutes for the Tow truck to pick me up.

hats off to jeff jim and tom. after 2 yrs of trying to resolve issues with my 2004 jeep grand Cherokee brake problems they figured it out. seams 96 to 04 models had a problem with the master cylinder. this issue is denied by crysler and local auto dealers. jeff and my self spent countless hrs on line trying to get info about how to fix and repair the problem. discovered there are a lot of people with these issues, mainly having to replace pads and roters every 10000 mi. they found out that the relief valve in the master cylinder and booster assembly sticks causing the brakes to burn up. they resolved the problem by replacing the assembly and flushing the brake system. flushing the system is advised every 3 to 4 yrs according to a crysler service bulletin. after work was finishes Iam very happy with the way my jeep drives. again ty jeff jim and tom sincerly bill

I have been using Tuffy for almost ten years now for several reasons. The guys there are great, especially Rusty the owner. They do good work at a fair price. They've even helped me out with small issues on my car just like a friend would. That's why my whole family now uses Tuffy.

It has been some years since I have came in for repairs at Tuffy Auto Service Center but I stopped in this morning on a whim. My Jeep needed an oil change. They immediately took care of me and the owner and his daughter engaged me in a great conversation during my very short wait. Great service from some great people. On the way to drop my daughter off at college our tire blew out on the freeway and ruined the wheel as well. We couldn't have been luckier to end up at Tuffy's in Amherst. I left work at RIDGID and my car was making an unsettling noise. I pulled into the Tuffy on Cleveland street and it was close to closing time, but the guys offered to take a look underneath the car. My oil level had leaked to literally nothing and they topped me off as I promised to bring the car in the next morning. I dropped my car off and started walking toward work and one of the guys offered to take me to the office. Jeff and the guys helped me out of a potentially devastating car mishap just by putting the customer first. Their customer service really made an impression on me.
